Tricia Pereira

Tricia is the Director of Operations at Skills for Care. She is also a qualified social worker. Tricia has played a key role in Skills for Care’s work supporting equality, diversity, and inclusion across social care.

She’s also the Co-chair of the Department of Health and Social Care’s (DHSC) Social Care Workforce Race Equalities Standards Advisory Group and BAME Communities Advisory Group COVID-19 Support Taskforce.
