IMPACT

Improving Adult Care Together

IMPACT’s Facilitators explored personalisation through direct payments in Leicester City Council. With a focus on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, IMPACT worked to identify barriers that prevented individuals from accessing direct payments and create a strategy to overcome them.

If you’re interested in working on a Facilitator project, we have a project vacancy – to work on reducing the number of people admitted into mental health hospitals in Caerphilly.

IMPACT is the UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care.  Working across the four nations and with co-production at its heart, we draw on insights from research, lived experience, and practice knowledge to make a difference to front-line services, and to people’s lives.

Good support isn’t just about ‘services’ – it’s about having a life.
