Intersecting Knowledges Forum, 12 February 11am-1pm
IMPACT/NIHR Funding Opportunities Workshop
Please join us for our first Intersecting Knowledges Forum, where we will be joined by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) who will be co-facilitating the session with IMPACT focusing on research and career development funding opportunities in social care. The session will discuss the scope and future of social care research, current funding opportunities, and outline support available from the Research Support Service (RSS).
Who is this for:
The forum is open to anyone interested in how different types of evidence and knowledge are brought together within adult social care. We aim to provide a space for debate and discussion about how different knowledges can be used to create positive change. The Forum will provide an opportunity for networking, enabling practitioners, researchers, and people with lived experience to come together. In addition to the sessions about funding, this workshop will offer opportunities for attendees to influence future activities for the forum.
When and where:
This event will be held online using MS Teams, on Wednesday 12 February from 11am to 1pm. Further details and a schedule for the session will be available in the coming weeks.
