Every year, our Co-production Advisory Group (CpAG) and Lived Experience Engagement Lead, Suzie Crowter, write an annual report. The report covers the group’s activities, developments and impact across the centre and beyond. Scroll through below to learn more about 2025, wrapped, and find a summary of the year below:
Three new members – the team is now back to full capacity. Meet the members here.
Seven meetings – including the first away day, held in Birmingham
Eight Spotlight Sessions – held for IMPACT staff to share their co-production work or challenges and get support from our group
29 interviews, supported by six members – our CpAG members are involved in all IMPACT recruitment through question writing, reviewing portfolios and/or appearing on panels.
Looking ahead to 2026
The group identified some main areas of work. CpAG will continue to provide advice, lived experience expertise, and challenge to shape IMPACT’s co-production approach through spotlight sessions, buddying, and additional co-production support.
Co-produce a webpage for the Enhancing Voice, Choice and Control theme
Co-write a chapter in the Research Handbook in Change & Improvement in Adult Social Work & Social Care
Support the Evidence and Evaluation team to use the co-produced evaluation framework across IMPACT’s delivery projects
Co-produce a training module, board game, and evidence review about anti-racism in co-production in partnership with the Co-production Collective
Continue to develop the co-production handbook, with a focus on how to embed this handbook within IMPACT staff as well as how to publicise an external version
