IMPACT’s Co-production Advisory Group (CpAG) is made up of 10 people – the members all draw on care and support either directly, indirectly, or are unpaid carers. They are supported by our Lived Experience Engagement Lead, Suzie Crowter.
After almost three years of working together remotely, this summer we brought the group together for an in-person away day. With a mix of team-building activities and focused sessions, the day allowed everyone to build on their relationships as well as reflect and plan.
The day started with time to reflect on successes this year – where CpAG members have played a pivotal part in IMPACT projects. The group thought about what had worked well, and where things could be done differently or better.
IMPACT’s Deputy Head of Evidence and Evaluation, Louise McCabe, joined too for a session on the co-production is evaluated across the centre, and how the CpAG can help shape future evaluation.
The day ended with a reflection activity “I like, I wish, I wonder…” to take stock on the day and help decide what should be carried forward to future meetings.

We’re looking forward to the next opportunity we can bring the team together.
