Project Background
The project will harness the voices of seldom heard “carents” – adults providing unpaid care for their ageing friends and relatives, such as older parents
This is the focus so that commissioners and decision makers can find better ways to protect and improve the health and wellbeing of this growing population. This project is based in England and its supporting host organisation is Carents.

Marlene Kelly
My name is Marlene Kelly and I am based in London. This is my third IMPACT Facilitator project; having previously looked at recruiting men into social care and housing models for people with a learning disability. I have a background in social care practice and continue to work as a Director for a care home company.
